We offer a range of different classes to suit your preferences, including indoor and outdoor Circuits, Running courses for beginners or intermediates, Boxercise, Fitness Pilates and Nordic Walking. All classes are conveniently located, competitively priced and fun. 

 

Studio Circuits
Studio Circuits is a small group (max. 4 people) exercise class in our purpose built studio. Get the full benefit of an expert personal trainer leading a bespoke programme of exercises to suit your individual needs. All abilities are welcome to come and enjoy exercising indoors in our exclusive, friendly, and relaxed studio environment.
