Classes

We offer a range of different classes to suit your preferences, including indoor and outdoor Circuits, Running courses for beginners or intermediates, Boxercise, Fitness Pilates and Nordic Walking. All classes are conveniently located, competitively priced and fun. 

Boxing is fun, safe and stress busting. Suitable for all abilities, our classes will teach you all the basic boxing techniques and guarantee to give you a high-energy full strength / cardio workout.
We combine this with sculpting elements to help improve core strength and toning. Run with limited numbers to ensure you get maximum attention, no two classes are ever the same and with the choice to work at a higher or lower level, you can tailor your workout to suit your needs.
Perfect if you enjoy having an enthusiastic trainer to get you motivated, our sessions are all led by experienced and highly qualified Boxercise instructors.
We guarantee to get your heart rates and endorphins pumping with this fantastic, lively, and hugely enjoyable class.

Studio Circuits
Studio Circuits is a small group (max. 4 people) exercise class in our purpose built studio. Get the full benefit of an expert personal trainer leading a bespoke programme of exercises to suit your individual needs. All abilities are welcome to come and enjoy exercising indoors in our exclusive, friendly, and relaxed studio environment.
