Christmas Toy Box Exhibition
On now until
20 January 2018

Bucks County Museum’s special toy exhibition for the Christmas holidays has lots of things to play with for kids of all ages and adults too. The whole family can try their hand at Giant Jenga, a game of skill and daring involving a tower of wooden blocks. Younger children will enjoy our brilliant Brio train set, glove puppet theatre and crates of Duplo bricks to build something from their imaginations.

As well as toys and games to play with there are toys and games to bring back memories of childhood for many adults. On display are Dinky cars, LEGO, Britains zoo animals and Pelham Puppets as well as the famous Matchbox Tracy Island model from Thunderbirds. The exhibition looks at themes such as dolls, construction toys, transport toys and film and TV tie ins including some from Doctor Who and Star Wars which are as popular as ever today.

Christmas Toy Box is a great exhibition to bring the whole family to over the Christmas period and have fun playing and remembering together. Entry is by donation to support Buckinghamshire County Museum Trust, registered charity 1153345.
