Kingsbrook is located on Burcott Road in Aylesbury and the 2,450 homes are split into three villages with the latest one to launch being the second village, Canal Quarter, which now has homes available for buyers to reserve.

Part of an exciting and innovative project, the five star homebuilders have teamed up with the RSPB to provide nature-friendly housing developments, with Kingsbrook being the first development to pioneer this approach.

Glenn Copper, Sales Director at Barratt and David Wilson North Thames, said: “We are delighted that Kingsbrook has been such a success with house hunters.

“With 24 properties already sold at the latest phase, Canal Quarter, homes are selling fast and we are encouraging buyers to register their interest soon to avoid disappointment!”

Canal Quarter has two, three and four bedroom homes available that will suit a variety of people, whether buyers are looking to take a step on or up the property ladder, there is something for everyone.

For those wanting to travel to the town centre, Kingsbrook’s own dedicated bus service can take residents into Aylesbury or to the train station that provides services into London in under an hour, meaning every journey is made much simpler.

Growing families will benefit from the schooling options within the development and green open spaces mean there is plenty of places for children to run around.

When residents are looking to plan for their days off, the development is 60% open space which provides scenic walks and a breath of fresh air. In town, an Odeon cinema and theatre offers entertainment that will make a great evening out.

Glenn continued: “Whilst being nature friendly, the development also offers properties that are designed with modern family living in mind and with plenty of schemes available, buyers will find making a move much easier.”

When reserving a property at a Barratt and David Wilson Homes development, schemes including Help to Buy and Part Exchange, are all available and designed to make the moving process that much simpler for buyers.
