With just over eight weeks to go, veterans, present serving members of the military, armed forces, reservists and cadets joined the Lord Lieutenant, Sir Henry Aubrey-Fletcher and other civic guests at RAF Halton on Friday (24 April), to officially launch the countdown to Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes Armed Forces Day 2015 celebrations.

On a sun blessed training area, the Training Wing at RAF Halton delivered a bespoke training and development package to 10 employees from ‘Get Berkshire Active’. Army Lend a Hand at Lister Lines

The Assault Pioneers of 2 Mercians arrived at RAF Halton the last week in March to take the lead on a joint project to renovate the WW1 training trenches in a quiet copse behind Initial Force Protection Training hangar (IFPT).
