Man pays £894 after waste found dumped in Aylesbury

Anthony Andrew Richards (31) of Somerville Way, Aylesbury, pleaded guilty at Wycombe Magistrates Court on Wednesday (15 April 2015) to an offence of failing in his duty of care regarding waste which had been found dumped illegally.
