GCSE results up by 15% at Bucks UTC

Students and staff have been celebrating GCSE results this morning, with students achieving five GCSE A*-C grades, including English and Maths, up by 15% compared to the previous year.   The students’ level of progress in English, again rose significantly, in line with the published national average.

BTEC Level 2 specialist subjects are also good with overall merit grades at 23%, 4% above the national average and a 100% pass rate.

Tony Withell, Principal at Bucks UTC, said:  “We’re delighted to see these significantly improved results.  We are clearly moving in the right direction.  We’re extremely pleased for our students and their families.”
