Bombe Gallery opens at TNMOC on 23 June

On the afternoon of Saturday 23 June 2018, the new Bombe Gallery in The National Museum of Computing will be opened by two of the original Bombe operators.

Ale trail entertains record numbers – and a whisky festival is up next

The annual Leighton Buzzard Railway Ale Trail saw a record number of visitors over the weekend of 2nd and 3rd June. More than 500 attendees were able to taste 20 different beers and ciders from Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire, including the Leighton Buzzard Brewery’s Narrow Gauge, a golden ale named in honour of our line.

Tribute: Sister Shonat Fiddes

All midwives are special, but some are exceptional, and one of the best of those, Shonat Fiddes, died on her 91st birthday, 28 March 2018.

The Bombe arrives at TNMOC

After more than ten hours of tense work, the Turing-Welchman Bombe arrived safely at The National Museum of Computing on Bletchley Park.
