Demand for properties in Wendover and the surrounding villages continues to grow, both within the community and from people wishing to be part of this highly sought after area.


The mainline station, central school campus, health centre and excellent range of shops, restaurants and cafés make Wendover a sought after place to live for all ages and once here, people tend to move within the area depending on their needs and time of life.
We are therefore being approached more and more to value properties where vendors want to move but are concerned that the ideal property they are looking for is not available. It is the chicken and egg scenario but demand is high so without a buyer lined up on your own property, if your dream home becomes available, the chances are, you will probably miss out on the opportunity to secure it to a buyer who is either under offer or in rented accommodation.
