Have you found yourself swaying to the Strictly Come Dancing theme tune? Would you like to get fit whilst having fun and learning a new skill? Then help is at hand!

Joanna Beardsmore-Dilks and Rosemary Conley Diet and fitness clubs member Mark Cope from Aylesbury and Winslow were delighted to be one of the couples selected to take part in the ‘Strictly Florence’ ballroom dancing spectacular in aid of Florence Nightingale Hospice. So much so that Joanna has decided to run Strictly Come Dancing inspired workout, FitSteps, so she can help people get fit whilst learning some dance moves along the way!

Mark Cope, her ‘Strictly Florence’ partner has lost over 3 stone at Joanna’s Rosemary Conley Diet and Fitness Clubs classes, so it felt natural to combine the fun of the dance floor with keeping fit:

“I have now been trained professionally by Natalie Lowe and Ian Waite from Strictly Come Dancing, and will be running 2 NEW Strictly themed fitness classes, ‘FitSteps’ next week so everyone can join in the fun- no matter what your fitness ability!

“I can’t thank the team at Florence Nightingale enough for organising such an exciting event, and of course to Graham and Carol for their guidance and support. This encouragement has made me decide to give something back and teach others these fun and exciting moves!”

Joanna will be running a FREE taster session on Tuesday 8th October at Sir Henry Floyd Grammar School at 8pm,  so she can show you how you can rule the dance floor, no matter what your ability, if you have twinkle toes or have not exercised for years.   Just call or email Joanna NOW to book your spot!
