TfB's Patching Programme Continues

  |  Published: Mar 9th 2015

Transport for Buckinghamshire's patching programme is continuing this week (w/c 9th March).

In March 2014, the Government announced the creation of a £168 million pothole fund available to highway authorities in England to help repair damage to local roads.

Following a successful bid to this fund, Buckinghamshire County Council was subsequently awarded £1.4million to target known pothole sites for repair. Over 130 sites were chosen, and TfB has been working hard since December to complete them.
