 Joanna Beardsmore-Dilks is bursting with excitement for a GLOWING future and wants to shout from the rooftops that she is bringing the new glow fitness revolution to Aylesbury. Joanna has been working alongside many other inspirational fitness and nutrition instructors to evolve the new brand with a contemporary approach to weight loss and optimum health - Glow Fit, Glow Eat and Glow Social.

Joanna has been running classes in Aylesbury for 6 years and during that time has helped thousands of people locally to get fitter and slimmer. She works closely with many local charities, including providing the warm-up for the Florence Nightingale Midnight Walk from their launch. Joanna says, "I run classes for the full lifestyle coaching or just the exercise if you wish.  My classes are made up of a range of ages and abilities, so whatever your goal; give me a call and we can make sure you are on your way to reaching it!”

Joanna offers a full range of exercise types as she believes that variety really is the spice of life. Sessions include Aerobics, Fitsteps™ and Zumba™. Throughout the year short courses of exercise sessions are also offered for High Intensity Interval Training (HIITS), Bootcamps and KettleBlast. Coming soon to classes are Fitness Pilates and Interval Boom.
